NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a SPECIAL MEETING of the Drainage District #1 Board of Directors will be held in the Commissioners Courtroom of the Administration Building, 100 E. Cano, 1st floor, Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. The Board of Directors may, at any time during this meeting, retire to a closed meeting pursuant to ยง551.071(2) of the Texas Government Code to seek the advice from its attorney on any subject slated for discussion or action on the agenda. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:

Approval to accept donation of property via General Warranty Deed, at no cost to the HCDD1, 69.86 acre tract being all of Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Four (4), Five (5), and South 8.68 acres of Six (6), Block Four (4), Texan Gardens, Hidalgo County, Texas as per map recorded in Volume 8, Page 57, Map Records of Hidalgo County, Texas, and authorize the District General Manager to execute documents to accept such donation, subject to legal review.

Request approval of a Budget Amendment from General Fund (110) from transfers out account in the amount of $500,000 for an Engineering Study for Hidalgo County Precinct 3 and Equipment and Vehicle Rentals for Hidalgo County Precinct 1 expenditures.

Requesting approval of Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to add language in various articles related to payment procedures and percentages for the professional engineering services agreement with B2Z Engineering, LLC, for the provision of "On Call Professional Engineering Services" (Contract No. C-HCDD1-17-051-09-19).
Subject to Legal Review and compliance to HB1295 (if applicable).
