NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a COMMUNITY ADVISORY BOARD MEETING of the County of Hidalgo Community Service Agency will be held at the Community Service Agency, located at 2524 North Closner in Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:
I. Roll call and establish quorum
II. Presentation and possible approval of Board Minutes for meeting of September 28, 2018 and October 19, 2018.
III. Ratify action of Commissioners Court on November 6, 2018 for the adoption of the 2019 Comprehensive Energy Assistance Program (CEAP) Service Delivery Plan.
IV. Ratify action of Commissioners Court on November 6, 2018 to grant CSA authorization to apply for the 2019-2020 Texas Veterans Commission General Assistance Grant.
V. Discussion regarding Community Action Board (CAB) Member Alternate and Attendance Policy Article VI and Article VII.
