NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a COMMUNITY ADVISORY BOARD MEETING of the County of Hidalgo Community Service Agency will be held at the Community Service Agency, located at 2524 North Closner in Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:
I. Roll call and establish quorum
II. Presentation and possible approval of Board Minutes for meeting of August 23, 2019 and August 30, 2019.
III. Discussion, review, and possible action of the Agency's Wide Budget.
IV. Discussion, consideration, and possible action to approve the amendment to the 2019 Service Delivery Plan to include additional payment for vulnerable families who qualify for CEAP.
V. Executive Director Report
A. Present client survey results for CSA and Bravo Zulu for September 2019.
B. Provide board members programmatic and outcomes reports for the month of September 2019 for current programs.
C. Agency program financial reports
VI. Community Comments
VII. Adjourn
