NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a COMMUNITY ADVISORY BOARD MEETING of the County of Hidalgo Community Service Agency will be held at the Community Service Agency, located at 2524 North Closner in Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:
- Roll call and establish quorum
- Presentation and possible approval of Board Minutes for meeting held on September 27, 2019.
- Discussion, consideration, and possible action to recommend approval of the 2020 CEAP Service Delivery Plan.
- Presentation and discussion of the 2019 Financial and Program Audit.
- Discussion, consideration, and possible action to recommend approval to adopt the Case Management Policy.
- Presentation and discussion regarding the 2019 Quarterly RSVP Program Report.
- Presentation, discussion, and possible action to approve the Advisory Board Members terms to expire 2019.
- Executive Director Report
- Present client survey results for CSA and Bravo Zulu for October 2019.
- Provide board members programmatic and outcomes reports for the month of October 2019 for current programs.
- Agency program financial reports
- Community Comments
- Adjourn
