NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a COMMUNITY ADVISORY BOARD MEETING of the County of Hidalgo Community Service Agency will be held at the Community Service Agency, located at 2524 North Closner in Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:
Community Participation: The Advisory Board welcomes individuals or delegation who wish to participate in the meeting during Community Comments.
- Roll call and establish quorum
- Presentation and possible approval of Board Minutes for meeting held on November 1, 2019.
- Presentation and discussion regarding 2019 Case Management Targets.
- Discussion, consideration, and possible action to accept 2018 Financial and Program Audit.
- Discussion, consideration, and possible action to adopt Case Management Policy.
- Discussion, consideration, and possible to amend Fiscal Policies to include section regarding earned interest in excess of $500.00.
- Presentation and discussion regarding 2020 MLC information to be presented in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
- Presentation, discussion, and possible action regarding acceptance of Mobile Unit delivered by Pro Pac.
- Presentation, discussion, and possible action to recommend approval of amendment to 2019 Service Delivery Plan to include all families beginning in chronological order.
- Presentation, discussion, and possible action to recommend approval of amendment to 2019 CEAP contract allocations.
- Presentation, discussion, and possible action to recommend approval of the extension to CSBG Contract #61190003053 to expire March 31, 2020.
- Executive Director Report
- Present client survey results for CSA and Bravo Zulu November 2019.
- Provide board members programmatic and outcomes reports for the month of November 2019 for current programs.
- Agency program financial reports
