NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a SPECIAL MEETING of the Commissioners' Court will be held in the Commissioners' Courtroom of the Administration Building, 100 E. Cano, 1st floor, Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:

The Commissioners' Court has been furnished with background and support on each item, and/or it has been discussed at a previous meeting. All items will be acted upon by one vote without being discussed separately unless requested by a Commissioner, in which event the item or items will immediately be withdrawn for individual consideration in its normal sequence after the items not requiring separate discussion have been acted upon. * install a 24" RCP Drain line alone Mile 5N Road and Taylor Road
2. R. Gutierrez Engineering:
* install a 24" RCP and 2-60" RCP crossing the ROW on Alberta Rd 2,880 feet East of Raul Longoria Rd (FM 1426)
* install 2-36" RCP crossing the ROW on South "I" Rd 1,440 feet North of Military Hwy. (US 281)
3. Texas Gas Service:
* TGS has 10" West ROW line of Val Verde Road runs and is requesting authorization to do maintenance and or construction if necessary to repair any anomalies within the ROW of Val Verde Rd. Please note that this is an existing gas line.
4. Melden & Hunt:
* install a 8" PVC C900 DR18 water line crossing Sioux Road Estates.
* La Joya Water Supply is proposing the installation of 5,340 LF of 8" waterline along the west right of way line of Western Road on a 5.0 foot offset from Mile 4 North Road to MIle 5 North Road.
5. North Alamo Water Supply:
* Approximately 500' North of Mile 10 on the East side of FM 493- BORE- Reynaldo Valdez-
3/4' service connection.
6. Pena Engineering:
* Install a 8" water line out of Hector Cortez tract.
