NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a COMMUNITY ADVISORY BOARD MEETING of the County of Hidalgo Community Service Agency will be held at the Community Service Agency, located at 2524 North Closner in Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:
- Roll call and establish quorum
- Presentation and possible approval of Board Minutes for meeting held on May 29, 2020.
- Discussion, consideration, and ratification to accept the Notice of Grant Award Contract #20SRWTX026 from the Corporation for National and Community Service (CNCS) for our Senior Volunteer Program, with authorization for Jaime Longoria to electronically sign any and all pertinent documents.
- Discussion, consideration, and ratification to accept amendment to the FY 2019 Comprehensive Energy Assistance Program (CEAP) contract No. 58190002984 from the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs for program year 2019, with authorization for Jaime Longoria to sign any and all pertinent documents.
- Discussion, consideration, and ratification to extend the interdepartmental transfer from the County's General Fund to the Hidalgo County Community Service Agency to be utilized as operational funds to be reimbursed at 90 days after termination of Bravo Zulu Grant which Begins: 07/01/2020 Ends: 06/30/2021.
- Discussion, consideration, and ratification to recommend approval to accept the check in the amount of $615.82 from Member to Member for benefit of Hidalgo County Resident to pay NEC Co-op Energy electric bills.
- Discussion, consideration, and possible approval to accept the Community Needs Assessment (CNA), Budget, and Community Action Partnerships Plan (CAP) for 2020 Care Act COVID-19 Relief CSBG funds.
- Discussion and consideration regarding possible salary adjustment for all Community Service Personnel.
- Executive Director's Report
- Provide board members programmatic and outcomes reports for Program May and June 2020.

Community Participation: The Advisory Board welcomes individuals or delegations who wish to participate in the meeting during any portion of the meeting or during Community Comments. Community members wishing to address the Board may sign up prior to the meeting with the Executive Secretary or designee by providing name and item number to be addressed.
