Cano, 1st floor, Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. The Board of Directors may, at any time during this meeting, retire to a closed meeting pursuant to ยง551.071(2) of the Texas Government Code to seek the advice from its attorney on any subject slated for discussion or action on the agenda.
