NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a COMMUNITY ADVISORY BOARD MEETING of the County of Hidalgo Community Service Agency will be held at the Community Service Agency, located at 2524 North Closner in Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:

- Presentation and possible approval of Board Minutes for meeting held on November 6, 2020.
- Discussion, consideration, and possible action to amend the PY 2021 Comprehensive Energy Assistance Program (CEAP) Service Delivery Plan to allow for maximum allocations per household.
- Discussion, consideration, and possible action to execute contract with Hidalgo County Urban County for assistance programs not to exceed 6M for program year 2021.
- Discussion, consideration, and possible action to recommend transfer of 2020 administration program service funds to direct services funds for Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) Contract #58200003156.
- Discussion, consideration, and ratification to accept an additional donation in the amount of $200 in gift cards from H-E-B for the use of Operation COVID-19 Shield.
- Discussion, consideration, and ratification to accept amendment to the PY 2020 the Comprehensive Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) Contract #58200003156 from the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs, with authorization for Jaime Longoria to electronically sign any and all pertinent documents.
- Discussion, consideration, and ratification to accept amendment to the PY 2020 the Community Service Block Grant (CSBG) and Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES Act) Contract #61200003346 from the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs, with authorization for Jaime Longoria to electronically sign any and all pertinent documents.
