NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a COMMUNITY ADVISORY BOARD MEETING of the County of Hidalgo Community Service Agency will be held at the Community Service Agency, located at 2524 North Closner in Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:

- Roll call and establish quorum.
- Presentation and possible approval of Board Minutes for meeting held on January 29, 2021.
- Presentation and discussion regarding the Hidalgo County Community Service Agency Annual Report for program year 2020.
- Discussion, consideration, and ratification to accept the AmeriCorps Notice of Grant Awards for year 2021 as follows: 1. Retired and Senior Volunteer Program in the amount of $5,000.00. 2. Senior Companion Program in the amount of $7,500.00. 3. Foster Grandparent Program in the amount of $7,500.00.
- Discussion, consideration, and ratification to accept amendment to the FY 2020 Community Service Grant Program (CSBG) contract No. 61200003225 from the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs for program year 2020, with authorization for Jaime Longoria to sign any and all pertinent documents.
- Discussion, consideration, and ratification to accept amendment to the FY 2021 Community Service Grant Program (CSBG) contract No. 61210003456 from the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs for program year 2021, with authorization for Jaime Longoria to sign any and all pertinent documents.
- Discussion, consideration, and ratification to aligning position title and job descriptions with CSBG budgetary action approved by Commissioners Court on Tuesday, February 23, 2021 for Program Manager I Position.
- Discussion regarding the limited number of Hidalgo County employees moving to new building located at 112 E. Cano Street Edinburg, TX 78541.
