NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a COMMUNITY ADVISORY BOARD MEETING of the County of Hidalgo Community Service Agency will be held at the Community Service Agency, located at 2524 North Closner in Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:

- Roll call and establish quorum.
- Presentation and possible approval of Board Minutes for meeting held on May 27, 2021.
- Update regarding the Urban County Rental Relief Program.
- Update regarding the Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP) contracted with Yardi Systems.
- Discussion, consideration, and possible action to accept amendment No. 2 to the FY 2020 Community Service Block Grant (CSBG) Disaster Relief Supplemental Funds Contract #61200003282 from the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs, with authorization for Jaime Longoria to electronically sign any and all pertinent documents.
- Discussion, consideration, and possible action to accept amendment No. 1 to the FY 2021 Comprehensive Energy Assistance Program (CEAP) Contract #58210003387, with authorization for Jaime Longoria to electronically sign any and all pertinent documents.
- Discussion, consideration, and ratification to accept amendment to the PY 2020 the Community Service Block Grant (CSBG) Contract #61200003225 from the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs, with authorization for Jaime Longoria to electronically sign any and all pertinent documents.
