NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a COMMUNITY ADVISORY BOARD MEETING of the County of Hidalgo Community Service Agency will be held at the Community Service Agency, located at 2524 North Closner in Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:

- Roll call and establish quorum.
- Presentation and possible approval of Board Minutes for meeting held on August 27, 2021.
- Update regarding the Texas Emergency Mortgage Assistance Program (TEMAP).
- Update regarding the Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP) contracted with Yardi Systems.
- Presentation of 2022 Community Service Block Grant (CSBG) Community Action Plan (CAP) and Budget. 1. Public hearing regarding the proposed 2022 CSBG CAP plan and budget. 2. Discussion, consideration, and possible ratification to approval of the 2022 (CSBG) (CAP) plan and budget.
- Discussion, consideration, and possible action to ratify the Budget Amendment #2 for the Community Service Block Grant (CSBG) Contract # 61210003456 to include additional funding in the amount of $18,717.00 for a final contact amount of $1,776,023.00.
