NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a COMMUNITY ADVISORY BOARD MEETING of the County of Hidalgo Community Service Agency will be held at the Community Service Agency, located at 2524 North Closner in Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:

- Roll call and establish quorum.
- Presentation and possible approval of Board Minutes for meeting held on September 24, 2021.
- Discussion, consideration, and possible action to seat Mayor Javier Villalobos as the Public Official for three-year term to expire on August 2024.
- Discussion, consideration, and possible action to recommend approval to accept the Copy Data Valleywide Equipment Proposal and Contract for 9 printers for 60 months at $795.00 per month, with authorization for Jaime Longoria to electronically sign any and all pertinent documents.
- Discussion, consideration, and possible action to ratify the FY 2021 Comprehensive Energy Assistance Program (CEAP) and American Rescue Plan Act (ARP Act) contract #25210003541 in the amount of $6,269,696.00 with the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs, with authorization for Jaime Longoria to electronically sign any and all pertinent documents.
- Discussion, consideration, and possible action to ratify the amendment to Yardi Rent Relief SaaS Agreement, with authorization for Jaime Longoria to sign any and all pertinent documents.
