NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a REGULAR MEETING of the Drainage District #1 Board of Directors will be held in the Commissioners' Courtroom of the Administration Building, Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:

Approval of Consent Agenda

Requesting approval to advertise and approval of draft specifications as attached hereto for : "Uniforms".

Consideration and approval of Individual Work Order (IWO) #2 with HCDD1 and IBWC.

A. Approval of change order # 1 on the contract with Jimmy Closner & Sons Construction for the Alamo Drain Project.
B. Approval of change order # 1 on the contract with Summit Contracting for the Pharr-McAllen Drain Phase I Project.

Approval to enter into a License Agreement with Guerra Brother as it relates to surveying and geo technical investegation on the following properties:
