NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a SPECIAL MEETING of the Advisory Board will be held in the Community Service Agency Conference Room located at 2524 North Closner in Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:

CONSENT AGENDA
The following items are of a routine or administrative nature. The Commissioners Court has been furnished with background and support on each item, and/or it has been discussed at a previous meeting. All items will be acted upon by one vote without being discussed separately unless requested by a Commissioner, in which event the item or items will immediately be withdrawn for individual consideration in its normal sequence after the items not requiring separate discussion have been acted upon. The remaining items will be adopted by one vote.
- Ratification to accept the Comprehensive Energy Assistance Program (CEAP) Contract 58220003581 for FY 2022 in the amount of $6,099,007.00, from the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affair, with authorization for Jaime Longoria to electronically sign any and all pertinent documents.
- Ratification to accept the AmeriCorps Notice of Grant Award Contract #21SCGTX002 in the amount of $480,114.00, from the Corporation for National and Community Service (CNCS) for our Senior Companion Program, with authorization for Jaime Longoria to electronically sign any and all pertinent documents.
- Ratification to accept the AmeriCorps Notice of Grant Award Contract #21SFGTX001 in the amount of $213,724.00, from the Corporation for National and Community Service (CNCS) for our Senior Companion Program, with authorization for Jaime Longoria to electronically sign any and all pertinent documents.
- Ratification to approve contract # 34210003684 in the amount of $2,503,769.00 with the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs for the Low-Income Household Water Assistance Program (LIHWAP) 2021 with authorization for Jaime Longoria to electronically sign any and all pertinent documents.
- Ratification to accept amendment No. 1 to the FY 2021 Community Service Block Grant (CSBG) Disaster Relief Supplemental Funds (Stage III) Contract #61210003565 from the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs, with authorization for Jaime Longoria to electronically sign any and all pertinent documents.
