NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a SPECIAL MEETING of the Advisory Board will be held in the Community Service Agency Conference Room located at 2524 North Closner Blvd., Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:

  1. Approval of Board Minutes for meeting held on April 28, 2022 and May 27, 2022.
 
  1. Discussion and possible approval of election/selection of the Community Advisory Board Officers;

  1. Discussion to set date for the future Advisory Board Retreat:
  1. 1st Week of August-8/5/22-8/7/22
  2. 2nd Week of August-8/12/22-8/14/22
 
  1. Discussion and possible approval to accept the 2022 Advisory Board Meeting Calendar.
 
  1. Discussion regarding the Covid-19 Related Services and Program Updates for the Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP) and the Texas Emergency Mortgage Assistance Program (TEMAP).
 
  1. Discussion and possible approval to accept the 2022 Advisory Board Meeting Calendar.
 
  1. Discussion regarding the Emergency Services Operation Service Levels/Program Update.
 
  1. Discussion and update regarding the following: 1. Low-Income Housing Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) 2. Low-Income Water Program Assistance Program (LIWAP).
