NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a SPECIAL MEETING of the Advisory Board will be held in the Community Service Agency Conference Room located at 2524 North Closner Blvd., Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:

3. Approval of Board Minutes for meeting held on June 23, 2022.
4. Discussion regarding the Advisory Board Retreat to be held in South Padre Island.

b) Preliminary Itinerary
5. Discussion regarding the Covid-19 Related Services and Program Updates for the Emergency Rental
Assistance Program (ERAP) and the Texas Emergency Mortgage Assistance Program (TEMAP).
a) Ratification to accept the de-obligation of $962,220.85 of ERAP I funds and return said
funds to the U.S. Treasury.
6. Discussion regarding the Emergency Services Operation Program Updates.
a) Review of scope of services.
7. Discussion and update regarding the following: 1. Low-Income Housing Energy Assistance Program
(LIHEAP) 2. Low-Income Water Program Assistance Program (LIWAP).
8. Executive Director's Report
1. Provide board members programmatic and outcomes reports for the following Programs in June
