NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a SPECIAL MEETING of the Advisory Board will be held in the Community Service Agency Conference Room located at 2524 North Closner Blvd., Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:

- Approval of Consent Agenda.
- Approval of Board Minutes for meeting held on August 19, 2022.
- Discussion regarding the Covid-19 Related Services and Program Updates for the Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP) and the Emergency Solutions Grant-COVID (ESG-CV).
- Discussion regarding the Emergency Services Operation Program Updates.
b) Disaster Grant Report
- Discussion and update regarding the following: 1. Low-Income Housing Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) 2. Low-Income Water Program Assistance Program (LIHWAP) 3. Bravo Zulu-Veterans Program.
- Executive Director's Report
- Provide board members programmatic and outcomes reports for the following Programs in August 2022.

- Community Comments

Community Participation: The Advisory Board welcomes individuals or delegations who wish to participate in the meeting during any portion of the meeting or during Community Comments. Community members wishing to address the Board may sign up prior to the meeting with the Executive Secretary or designee by providing name and item number to be addressed.
