NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a SPECIAL MEETING of the Advisory Board will be held in the Community Service Agency Conference Room located at 2524 North Closner Blvd., Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:

Approval of Consent Agenda.

Approval of Board Minutes for meeting held on September 29, 2022.

Discussion, consideration and possible action to approve the submittal of the 2023 Service Delivery Plan for the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP).

Discussion, consideration and possible action to approve a resolution to participate in the Pathways to Excellence Program: Framework for achieving excellence in Community Action Agencies.

Discussion, consideration, and possible action for the agency to implement an Eviction Only Policy, under the Community Service Block Grant (CSBG), for tenants seeking emergency rental assistance with final discretion resting with the Executive Director or his designee.

Discussion, consideration, and possible action to adopt a Housing Benefit Matrix under the Community Service Block Grant (CSBG).

Discussion regarding the Covid-19 Related Services and Program Updates for the following:

1.Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP) and
2. Emergency Solutions Grant-COVID (ESG-CV).

Discussion regarding the Emergency Services Operation Program Updates.
