NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a SPECIAL MEETING of the Advisory Board will be held in the Community Service Agency Conference Room located at 2524 North Closner in Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:

CONSENT AGENDA
The following items are of a routine or administrative nature. The Commissioners Court has been furnished with background and support on each item, and/or it has been discussed at a previous meeting. All items will be acted upon by one vote without being discussed separately unless requested by a Commissioner, in which event the item or items will immediately be withdrawn for individual consideration in its normal sequence after the items not requiring separate discussion have been acted upon. The remaining items will be adopted by one vote.
- Ratification to accept the Amendment No. 3 to the FY 2021 Comprehensive Energy Assistance Program (CEAP) and American Rescue Plan Act (ARP Act) contract #25210003541, with the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs, with authorization for Jaime Longoria to electronically sign any and all pertinent documents.
- Ratification to accept the Amendment No. 3 to the FY 2021 Community Service Block Grant (CSBG) Disaster Relief Supplemental Funds (Stage III) Contract #61210003565 from the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs, with authorization for Jaime Longoria to electronically sign any and all pertinent documents.
- Ratification to accept the Amendment No. 4 to the FY 2021 Community Service Block Grant (CSBG) Disaster Relief Supplemental Funds (Stage III) Contract #61210003565 from the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs, with authorization for Jaime Longoria to electronically sign any and all pertinent documents.
- Ratification to accept the donation check in the amount of $25,000 from United Way of South Texas to helped leverage and complete the $500,000 Disaster Relief grant from the US Department of Health and Human Services via Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs.
- Ratification to declare November 16, 2022, as 211 Texas Program Celebration Information & Referral National Day.
- Ratification to accept the donation of $1,000 from South Texas Region Prominence Health Plan to sponsor the AmeriCorps Senior Program for the best booth at the under Big Top Healthy Aging Senior Seminar.
