NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a SPECIAL MEETING of the Advisory Board will be held in the Community Service Agency Conference Room located at 2524 North Closner Blvd., Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:

3.Discussion and consideration and possible action to discuss the 2023 Matrix of services for CSBG Emergency services and possible funding allocations
4. Discussion of HCCSA mission statement and development of vision statement and value statement
5. Discussion, consideration and possible action to adopt the Applicant/ Client Disruptive Behavior Procedures policy
6. Discussion, consideration, and possible action to approve the 2023 Hidalgo County Community Service Agency application processes for services.

Community Participation: The Advisory Board welcomes individuals or delegations who wish to participate in the meeting during any portion of the meeting or during Community Comments. Community members wishing to address the Board may sign up prior to the meeting with the Executive Secretary or designee by providing name and item number to be addressed.
