NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a SPECIAL MEETING of the Advisory Board will be held in the Community Service Agency Conference Room located at 2524 North Closner Blvd., Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:

4. Approval of Board Minutes for meeting held on December 15, 2022.
5. Discussion, consideration, and possible action to discuss the 2023 Matrix of services for CSBG Emergency services and possible action.
6. Discussion of HCCSA mission statement and development of vision statement and value statement.
7. Discussion, consideration, and possible action to recommend approval of the 2023 CSBG Budget and attached salary schedule.
8. Discussion, consideration, and possible action to approve the 2023 Hidalgo County Community Service Agency application process for services.
9. Discussion regarding the Emergency Services Operation Program Updates.
a.) Emergency Services Report.
10. Discussion and update regarding the following:
a.) Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP).
b.) Low-Income Water Program Assistance Program (LIHWAP).
c.) Bravo-Zulu Veterans Program.
11. Discussion regarding the Covid-19 Related Services and Program Updates for the following:
a.) Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP-Yardi)
b.) Emergency Solutions Grant-COVID (ESG-CV).
12. Executive Director's Report:
Provide board members programmatic and outcomes reports for the following Programs in December 2022.
a.) CEAP December 2022.
b.) CSBG December 2022.
c.) LIHWAP December 2022.
13. Adjourn:
Community Participation: The Advisory Board welcomes individuals or delegations who wish to participate in the meeting during any portion of the meeting during Community Comments. Community members wishing to address the Board may sign up prior to the meeting with the Executive Secretary or designee by providing name and number to be addressed.
