NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a SPECIAL MEETING of the Advisory Board will be held in the Community Service Agency Conference Room located at 2524 North Closner in Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:

CONSENT AGENDA
The following items are of a routine or administrative nature. The Commissioners Court has been furnished with background and support on each item, and/or it has been discussed at a previous meeting. All items will be acted upon by one vote without being discussed separately unless requested by a Commissioner, in which event the item or items will immediately be withdrawn for individual consideration in its normal sequence after the items not requiring separate discussion have been acted upon. The remaining items will be adopted by one vote.
- Approval of Board Minutes for meeting held on December 15, 2022 and March 3, 2023.
- Ratification to accept the 2023 Comprehensive Energy Assistance Program (CEAP) Emergency Supplemental Contract #58930003989 for FY 2023 in the amount of $1,936,342.00, from the Texas Department of housing and Community Affairs, with authorization for Jaime Longoria to Electronically sign any and all pertinent documents.
- Ratification to accept the AmeriCorps Notice of Grant Award Contract 21SCGTX002 in the amount of $1,758,083, from the Corporation of National and Community Service CNCS for our Senior Companion Program, with authorization for Jaime Longoria to electronically sign any and all pertinent documents.
- Ratification to accept the AmeriCorps Notice of Grant Award Contract #21FGTX001 in the amount of $940,818, from the Corporation for National and Community Service (CNCS) for our Foster Grandparent program, with authorization for Jaime Longoria to electronically sign any and all pertinent documents.
- Ratification to accept the Comprehensive Energy Assistance Program (CEAP) Contract 58220003581 Amendment No. 2 for FY 2022 in the amount of $6,096,770.77, from the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affair, with authorization for Jaime Longoria to electronically sign any and all pertinent documents.
