NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a SPECIAL MEETING of the Drainage District #1 Board of Directors will be held in the Commissioners' Courtroom of the Administration Building, Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:

Approval of 2007 Tax Roll Totals - Drainage District #1, as per Sec. 26.09(E), of the Texas Property Tax Code

Approval to advertise for construction of 7x5 concrete culvert boxes in the Mercedes area (Pct 1) as per proposed drainage improvement construction plans by Guzman & Munoz Engineering & Surveying, Inc.
6.
Requesting approval to re-advertise for "Uniforms" due to no bids submitted
7.
Approval for payment of claim on invoice 2373 for Engineering services of R. Gutierrez Corporation for PSJA South Drain.
