NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a SPECIAL MEETING of the Drainage District #1 Board of Directors will be held in the Commissioners' Courtroom of the Administration Building, Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:

Approval of Consent Agenda

A.) Requesting approval of Change Order # 1 for the "North San Juan Lateral Alberta Road Crossing" for supplies added to the project in the amount of $2,600.00.
Project Engineer: R. Gutierrez Engineering Corporation.
Contractor: Dos Logistics, Inc.
B.) Requesting approval of Budget Amendment to the District Capital Projects to fund the aforementioned change order.
C.) Requesting approval of Change Order # 1 for the "HCDD1, PCT.4 Sanitary Sewer Line" for the open cut on Doolittle Road in the amount of $6764.00.
Project Engineer: Quintanilla, Headley & Associates.
Contractor: United Contracting.
D.) Requesting approval of Budget Amendment to the General Fund for the aforementioned change order.
