The Urban County Program requests approval of Amendment No. 1 to reduce the Subrecipient Agreement with the Mid Valley Boys & Girls Club (Youth Services) from $93,907.00 to $75,904.60 for Urban County Program Year 20 (2007).

Consideration and Approval of an amendment to the Urban County City of Mercedes Year 20 (2007) CDBG workplan allowing program change to include the Mercedes Recreational Center for funding as a Youth Services.

The Urban County Program is requesting approval to award the lowest quote and enter into a lease agreement with H & V Equipment for the use of a Champion 710A Motorgrader and an Ingram AP-915 Pneumatic Roller for up to three months in the amount of $6,900.00 per month.
