NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that members of the Commissioners' Court will be meeting on January 14, 2008 at 6:00 p.m. at South Texas College Technology Center Campus, 3700 W. Military Road, Mcallen, Texas.  Discussion relating to the following business will be transacted:
