Urban County - Diana Serna:
 
A.
The Urban County Program, is requesting cancellation of the final negotiated contract with Quintanilla Headley & Associates Inc., with a fee of $13,170.00 in connection with Hidalgo County Precinct No. 4 Street Improvements project utilizing Years 19 (2006) funds.
 
B.
City of Palmview is requesting authority to advertise for bids for the construction of Sun Valley Street, an Urban County Program Year 17 (2004) and Year 18 (2005) Street Improvement Project.    (Project Carried by: Dannenbaum Engineers).
 
C.
Consideration and Approval of a budget amendment to the Urban County Sullivan City Year 17 (2004) and Year 18 (2005) CDBG work plan for the following:

1.  Increase Fire Station line item by $77,139.59 for purchase of fire protection unit(s) utilizing Year 17 (2004).

2. Decrease Street Improvements line item by $77,139.59 to increase Fire Station/Equipment line item to $77,195.59 utilizing Year 17 (2004).

3. Increase Fire Station/Equipment line item by $218,360.41 for the purchase of fire protection unit(s) utilizing Year 18 (2005).

4. Decrease Street Improvements line item by $218,360.41 to increase Fire Station/Equipment line item to $231,914.75 utilizing Year 18 (2005).

A.   Requesting authority to issue fuel cards to all eligible County departments (i.e. all departments with fuel budget) for fuel only through Comdata Corporation/Transmontaigne Product Services, Inc, awarded vendor of State Council on Competitive Government (through our membership with Texas Procurement and Support Services [TPASS]) to include the eleven (11) departments currently authorized/issued cards:  Buildings & Grounds, Constable Office Pct No 1, Constable Office Pct No 3, County Judge's Office of Emergency Management, DBM Safety Division, District Attorney's Office, Elections Department, Fire Marshalls Office, Purchasing Department, Tax Office, &Texas Cooperative Extension);

A. Recommending to reject all bids received in connection with the "Construction of the New Hidalgo County Headstart Central Kitchen" in as much as all bids exceeded the available budget.
