NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a REGULAR MEETING of the Commissioners Court will be held in the Commissioners Courtroom of the Courthouse Annex III Building, 100 E. The following items are of a routine or administrative nature. The Commissioners Court has been furnished with background and support on each item, and/or it has been discussed at a previous meeting. All items will be acted upon by one vote without being discussed separately unless requested by a Commissioner, in which event the item or items will immediately be withdrawn for individual consideration in its normal sequence after the items not requiring separate discussion have been acted upon. Approval of 2023 interdepartmental transfer from Pct 2 CRC Alamo (Prg 082) into Pct 2 CRC Youth Facility in the amount of $300.00 to fund utility expenditures.
Requesting approval of interdepartmental transfer from Pct.4 Parks (program 009) / Pct.4 Endowment (program 186) to Pct.4 Sanitation (program 001) in the amount of $8,750.00 to fund illegal dumping monitoring services.
