NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a SPECIAL MEETING of the Drainage District #1 Board of Directors will be held in the Commissioners' Courtroom of the Administration Building, Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:

Approval of Consent Agenda

Presentation for discussion, consideration and action on:
A. Return/reject the sole response received in connection with the request for proposals for: "Internal Revenue code 457 Deferred Compensation Plan" with authority to re-advertise same so as to permit the modifications by Consultant of qualifications, requirements, scope of services and/or specifications and thus increase/attract more participation by providers. (OR, in the alternative);
B. Accept the sole response received in connection with the request for proposals for: "Internal Revenue Code 457 Deferred Compensation Plan", with direction for Consultant to proceed with analysis/evaluation for submission of recommendation to commissioners' court.
