NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a SPECIAL MEETING of the Drainage District #1 Board of Directors will be held in the Commissioners' Courtroom of the Administration Building, Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. B. Approval of Budget Amendment to budget the 2008 Bond proceeds in the Capital Projects Fund (132) for the continuance of Bond Projects for the Hidalgo County Master Drainage System Phase II.
C. Approval of Budget Amendment to budget the Cooperative Agreement with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Federal Financial Assistance Award # DHS-CBP-08-112-001.
D. Consideration and Approval of Hidalgo County Drainage District Disaster Recovery Plan.
