Presentation for discussion/update, status report, consideration, and approval (if necessary) on the on-going negotiations (in connection with the scopes of work) with the number one ranked architectural firm of ERO for the Courthouse Renovation Project including, but not limited to, the following:
Phase I:   Prepare drawings of existing conditions of the site and buildings located on the Courthouse Square;
Phase II:  Perform a facilities, building code and deferred maintenance assessments of the site, building and physical plant;
Phase III: Design the renovation of the 3rd., 4th., and 5th. floors to accommodate new courtrooms, ancillary spaces and other floors or buildings located on the Courthouse property.

Presentation for discussion, consideration, acceptance and approval of the final negotiated (as approved for negotiations by CC on 5/19/08) of a Service Contract  (as reviewed and approved as to form by legal counsel)  between Hidalgo County and Lava Concepts & Consulting (to supply and provide direct Shore Tel Enterprise  maintenance and support services) in connection to RFP No. 2008-152-04-23-LRM for the "Support and Maintenance of Hidalgo County's Phone System".

Presentation for discussion, consideration, and approval of the responses received in connection with the establishment of a "Pool" through a "Request For Proposals with Qualifications" for the provision of professional consulting services to seek funding and assistance through state, federal, private sector and other sources on an as needed basis, for the purposes of qualifying the participants for the "pool".

B.  Approval of Request for Payment Application No. 3 in the amount of $570.00 and Payment Application No. 4 (Retainage) in the amount of $31,545.00 from CRC Design Consultant, awarded contractor for the, "Construction of New Office for Precinct No. 4," and as certified for payment by project architect, VA Architecture.

C.  Requesting approval of a "Certificate of Substantial Completion" with CRC Design Consultants, reflecting the substantial completion date of June 17, 2008 for the "Construction of New Office for Precinct No. 4".
