NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551 Local Government Code and 31.033 Subchapter B., Texas Elections Code, that a Meeting of the COUNTY ELECTIONS COMMISSION will be held in the County Judge's Conference Room, 2nd floor of the Administration Building, 100 E. Cano, Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:

Roll Call

Acceptance of resignation letter from Elections Administrator as per Texas Election Code Section 31.036
3.
A. Review and action on Elections Administrator job description including modifications and/or revisions
B. Discussion, consideration and appropriate action on the selection process for the Elections Administrator position:
1. Appointment of Elections Administrator as per Texas Election Code Section 31.038; or
2. Advertise the vacant position of Elections Administrator for a period of two (2) weeks to consider applications
