NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a SPECIAL MEETING of the Drainage District #1 Board of Directors will be held in the Commissioners' Courtroom of the Administration Building, Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:

Authorization for acquisition of 15' levee easment along Segment 0-7.

A. Request approval of payment of Invoices to L & G Engineering for professional engineering services in relation to the following DHS Levee Segments:
1. DHS Segment 0-8, Invoice No. 8005
2. DHS Segment 0-10, Invoice No. 8006
B. Request approval to process a manual check to L & G Engineering pending approval from County Auditor and pending the electronic transfer of funds from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
