CC CONSENT
COMMISSIONERS' COURT MEETING
NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a SPECIAL MEETING of the Commissioners' Court will be held in the Commissioners' Courtroom of the Administration Building, 100 E. Cano, 1st floor, Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:

CONSENT AGENDA
The following items are of a routine or administrative nature. The Commissioners' Court has been furnished with background and support on each item, and/or it has been discussed at a previous meeting. All items will be acted upon by one vote without being discussed separately unless requested by a Commissioner, in which event the item or items will immediately be withdrawn for individual consideration in its normal sequence after the items not requiring separate discussion have been acted upon. The remaining items will be adopted by one vote.
1. Beginning at the east most boundary of Hidalgo County on the north side of G.I.Road proceed west until the intersection of Brushline 2 Road, which totals a distance of 2,639 feet. Beginning at the intersection and proceeding north along Brushline 2 Road,place 6,020 feet on the east side of Brushline 2 Road and 17,117 feet along the west side of Brushline 2 Road. Lastly, place 508 feet on the south side of G.I. Road beginning at the intersection of CR10 and proceeding west to the private entrance of Rio Beef on G.I. Road.
2.Beginning at the intersection of FM 1015 and Israel Cavazos Road, proceed east for 746 feet on the south side of Israel Cavazos Road.

The proposed 8 inch water line will be located under Mile 12 North Road crossing underneath said road just east of the northeast corner of the intersection with Victoria Road as shown. The proposed water line will be encased in a 16" diameter Schedule 40 PVC casing 40.0 ft long.
