Approval and authorization to appropriate $650,000.00 from General Fund unreserved fund balance as per Texas Local Government Code Section 111.070 to address emergency expenditures resulting from the widespread flooding caused by recent heavy rains (unrelated to Hurricane Dolly) as expressed in the Declaration of Disaster approved on August 16, 2008.
