The Urban County Program requests approval of an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between Hidalgo County Precinct No. 1 and the City of Edcouch for the purchase of a Ferrara Fire Apparatus, Inc. model RP1003 Pumper mounted on an Intruder II Chassis with equipment, utilizing 2008 FY funds.
 
B.
The Urban County Program is requesting authority to purchase a Fire Truck (Ferrara Fire Apparatus, Inc, Model RP1003 Pumper) mounted on an Intruder II Chassis with equipment through Hidalgo County's membership and participation with TASB (BuyBoard) awarded vendor Hall Buick Pontiac GMC in the amount not to exceed $257,000.00, which includes delivery, pre-payment discount and buyboard fees.

The Urban County Program is requesting approval of the final negotiated Professional Engineering Services contract with Millennium Engineers Group, Inc. in the amount of $4,652.50 utilizing Year 20 (2007) Urban County Program Owner-Occupied Rehabilitation Program for Hidalgo County Precinct 2, City of San Juan as previously authorized for negoitations by Commissioners' Court on 08-26-08.
 
D.
Urban County Program on behalf of City of Palmview presents for consideration, discussion, acceptance and approval of payment of Pre-Award Agreement for purchase of a pumper/rescue unit with rescue equipment through Hidalgo County's membership and participation with TASB (BuyBoard) awarded vendor Siddons Fire Apparatus in the amount of $300,000.00.
 
E.
The Urban County Program requests approval to cancel the Subrecipient Agreement with the Delta Youth Center (Youth Services) in the amount of $40,000.00 for Urban County Program Year 21 (2008).
 
F.
The Urban County Program is requesting approval of a best and final negotiated contract with J.E. Saenz & Associates in the amount of $ 26,536.00 utilizing Year 16 & 18 (2003 & 2005) funds for a Water/Sewer Improvement Project for the City of Elsa.

C. Action as to the entering into interlocal agreements with local jurisdictions and/or DPS for the placement of county-owned intoxilizer equipment and use of said equipment;
