NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a SPECIAL MEETING of the Drainage District #1 Board of Directors will be held in the Commissioners' Courtroom of the Administration Building, Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:

A. Recommending award of bid and approval of contract to sole bidder meeting all required specifications for Bid No: 08-020-09-17 " Hauling of Dirt W / Option to Load".
B. Recommending award of bid and approval of contract to sole bidder meeting all required specifications for Bid No: 08-021-09-17 "Hauling services for Gravel / Sand and or Crushed Caliche".
C. Recommending award of bid and approval of contact to lowest bidder meeting all required specifications for Bid No: 08-022-09-17 "Gasoline, On & Off Highway Diesel Fuel".
B. Recommending award of bid and approval of contract to sole bidder meeting all required specifications for Bid No: 08-021-09-17 "Hauling services for Gravel / Sand and or Crushed Caliche".

B. Requesting approval to accept bid and award contract to most qualified bidder meeting all requirements and specifications for Bid No.08-024-09-15 "DHS Segment 0-4C". Subject to Department of Homeland Security (DHS) concurrent and funding.

C. Request approval of Change Order No. 1, No. 2 and No. 3 on the Contract with Zachary Construction for the Construction of Levee DHS Segment 0-8. Subject to Department of Homeland Security (DHS) concurrence.
D. Request approval of Change Order No. 1, No. 2 and No. 3 on the Contract with William Brothers Construction for the Construction of Levee DHS Segment 0-9. Subject to Department of Homeland Security (DHS) concurrence
