NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a SPECIAL MEETING of the Drainage District #1 Board of Directors will be held in the Commissioners' Courtroom of the Administration Building, Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:

Presentation, discussion and action relating to services for a regional watershed study and approval to advertise for RFP if necessary.

A. Request approval of Payment Request #2 to SER Construction Partners, LTD. for the Construction of Levee DHS Segment 0-7 (0.9 miles).
B. Request approval to process manual checks to SER Construction Partners, LTD. pending approval from County Auditor and pending the electronic transfer of funds from Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
C. Request approval of Payment Request #2 to Williams Brothers Construction Company, Inc. for the Construction of Levee DHS Segment 0-9 Phase I (2.12 miles).
D. Request approval of Payment Request #2 to Williams Brothers Construction Company, Inc. for the Construction of Levee DHS Segment 0-10 (2.33 miles).
E. Request approval to process manual checks to Williams Brothers Construction Company, Inc. pending approval from County Auditor and pending the electronic transfer of funds from Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
F. Request approval of Payment Request No. 2 to Longhorn Excavators, Inc. for the Construction of the Mission Levee Improvements Project Inspiration Rd to Abram Rd.
G. Request approval to process manual check to Longhorn Excavators, Inc. pending completion of the auditing process.
H. Request approval of Payment Request No. 3 to Ballenger Construction Company for the Construction of the Common Levee/Anzalduas Dike Improvements, Hidalgo Loop Levee to Anzalduas Dam Project.
I. Request approval of Payment Request No. 4 to Ballenger Construction Company for the Construction of the Mission Levee Improvement Project, Banker Weir to Inspiration Rd.
J. Request approval to process manual checks for the above mentioned projects to Ballenger Construction Company pending completion of the auditing process.
