The Urban County Program is requesting approval and award of contract to Saenz Utility Contractors in the amount of $166,585.00 for the Water/Sewer Improvements (Emergency Project Phase I) in the City of Elsa, utilizing Years 18 (2005) funds. The request for contract approval will also include an additional four (4) items to the emergency items previously approved by Hidalgo County Commissioner's Court.

The Urban County Program is requesting approval of a best and final negotiated contract with J.E. Saenz & Associates in the amount of $ 24,748.30 utilizing Year 18 (2005) funds for a Water/Sewer Improvement Project (Main Lift Station Imp. Phase II) within the City of Elsa.

The Urban County Program is requesting approval and award of contract to Solis & Chapa Inc. in the amount of $40,000.00 for the Water/Sewer Improvements Project in the City of Edcouch utilizing Year 20 (2007) funds.
