NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a SPECIAL MEETING of the Commissioners' Court will be held in the Commissioners' Courtroom of the Administration Building, 100 E. Cano, 1st floor, Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:

The Commissioners' Court has been furnished with background and support on each item, and/or it has been discussed at a previous meeting. All items will be acted upon by one vote without being discussed separately unless requested by a Commissioner, in which event the item or items will immediately be withdrawn for individual consideration in its normal sequence after the items not requiring separate discussion have been acted upon. 2.  186 L.F. of proposed 12" PVC waterline parallel to and 3.00ft south of the north right of way line of Mile 12 North Road (Said road having a 40.00ft right of way) beginning at 1606.00 feet west of the intersection of Mile 12 North and FM 1015 ending 1420.00ft west of the same intersection in all a distance of 186.00 feet.
3.  50.0 L.F. of proposed 12" PVC waterline crossing Mile 12 North Road (STA. 71+30) 1390.0ft west of the intersection of Mile 12 North Road and Mile 2 ½ West road with a bored 20" x 3/8" 50.0 L.F. casing centered on said Mile 12 North Road.
4.  The contractor shall install a proposed 12" PVC waterline within Mile 12 North Road right of way beginning at STA.82+85 and being 135.00ft west and 18.00 ft south of the intersection of Mile 12 North Road and Mile 2 ½ West Road.
5.  60 L.F. of proposed 12" PVC waterline crossing Mile 2 ½ West Road (STA.84+20) 18.0 ft south of the intersection of Mile 2 ½ west road and Mile 12 North road with a bored 20" x 3/8" x 35.0 L.F. steel casing centered on said Mile 2 ½ West Road.
6.  37 L.F. of proposed 12" PVC waterline crossing Mile 2 West Road (STA.110-40) being 27.5ft south of mile 12 north road. Said 12" PVC waterline shall be bored with 20" x 3/8" x 30.0 L.F. of steel casing centered on said Mile 2 West Road. (STA. 110+60).
7.  80 L.F. of proposed 12" PVC waterline crossing Mile 1 West Road (STA. 162+93) 17.0 ft north of Mile 12 North Road. The proposed waterline will be bored with a 20" x 3/8" x 70.0 L.F. steel casing (STA. 163+30) centered on said Mile 1 West Road.
8.  180 L.F. of proposed 12" PVC waterline within Mile 12 North Road right of way. Said waterline shall be 17.0 ft North of said Mile 12 North Road centerline and 446.0 feet East of Tachco Drive centerline. 
9.  40 L.F. of proposed 12" PVC waterline crossing Mile 12 North road Joey Drive 35.0 ft North of Mile 12 North Road centerline. The proposed waterline will be bored with a 20" x 3/8" x 35.0 L.F. steel casing centered on said Joey Drive.
10.  30 L.F. of proposed 12" PVC waterline crossing Mile 12 ½ west road being 47.5 feet south of FM 1425 centerline. The proposed waterline will be bored with a 20" x 3/8" x 20.0L.F. steel casing centered on said Mile 12 ½ west road.
11.  30 L.F. of proposed 12" PVC waterline crossing Mile 13 ½ North Road being 35.0ft south of FM 1425 centerline. The proposed waterline will be bored with a 20" x 3/8" x 20.0 L.F. steel casing centered on said Mile 13 ½ North Road.
12.  100 L.F. of proposed 12" PVC waterline crossing Mile 3 East road being 37.5 ft south of FM 1425 centerline. The proposed waterline will be bored with a 20" x 3/8" x 100.0 L.F. steel casing centered on said Mile 3 East Road. 
13.  205 L.F. of proposed 12" PVC waterline within Mile 12 North road right of way being 20.0 Ft North of said Mile 12 North Rd centerline and Mile 1 ½ East Road centerline. The proposed waterline then will traverse in southerly direction to cross said Mile 12 North Rd right of way with 52 L.F. of proposed 12" PVC waterline and bored with a 20" x 3/8" x 35.0 L.F. steel casing centered on said Mile 12 North Road.
14.  381 L.F. of proposed 12" PVC waterline within Mile 12 North Road Right of way being 27.0 ft south of said Mile 12 North Road centerline and being 105.0ft west of the Floodway Levee.
15.  100 L.F. of proposed 12" PVC waterline crossing Tachco Drive (STA. 179-40)35.0 ft North of Mile 12 North Road. The proposed waterline will be bored with a 20"x 3/8" x 35.0 L.F. steel casing (STA. 180+90) centered on said Tachco Drive.
16.  98 L.F. of proposed 12" PVC waterline crossing Tachi Drive 47.5 ft North of Mile 12 North Road. The proposed waterline will be bored with a 20" x 3/8" x 35.0 L.F. steel casing centered on said Tachi Drive. 
17.  100 L.F. of proposed 12" PVC waterline crossing Joey Drive 35.0 feet North of Mile 12 North Road centerline. The proposed waterline will be bored with a 20" x 3/8" x 35.0 L.F. steel casing on said Joey Drive.
18.  75 L.F. of proposed 12" PVC waterline within Mile 12 North right of way. Said waterline shall be 23.0 feet North of said Mile 12 North Road centerline.
19.  50 L.F. of proposed 12" PVC waterline crossing Loma Drive (STA. 75+32) 47.5 ft south of Mile 12 North Road. The proposed waterline will be bored with a 20"x 3/8" x 30.0 L.F. steel casing on Loma Drive.
20.  85 L.F. of proposed 12" PVC waterline crossing Victor Avenue (STA.92+41) being 47.5 ft south of Mile 12 North Road. Said 12" PVC waterline shall be bored with 20" x 3/8" x 40.0 L.F. of steel casing centered on said Victor Avenue. (STA. 92+84)
21.  151 L.F. of proposed 12" PVC waterline crossing Mile 12 North Road (STA.110+77) being 17.0 ft East of Mile 2 West Road. Said 12" PVC waterline shall be bored with 20"x 3/8"x 30.0 L.F. of steel casing centered on said Mile 12 North Road. (STA. 110+77).
22.  40 L.F. of proposed 12" PVC waterline crossing Iturbide Street (STA. 35+70) 27.5 ft North of Mile 12 North Road. The proposed waterline will be bored with a 20" x 3/8" x 30.0 L.F. steel casing centered on Iturbide Street.
23.  The contractor shall install 300 L.F. of 12" PVC waterline on a 6.0' offset parallel to the north right of way line of Mile 12 North Rd, beginning at a 12" 90 elbow sta. 58+50, located 70.00 LF east of FM 1015 centerline, thence, in an easterly direction along the same alignment a distance of 300 L.F. to a 12" 45 elbow sta. 61+50. The said 12" PVC waterline will traverse in a northeasterly direction into a 15.0' NAWSC easement.
