B.
Requesting approval to rescind previous action taken on May 27, 2008 for bid award and contracts for the demolition and the reconstruction of one (1) unit in the Countywide area in the amount of $38,448.00 to R & R General Contractors.

Requesting authorization to dispose of Community Development Block Grant records for Program Years 1991 thru 1997.
 
D.
The Urban County Program on behalf of the City of La Joya, is requesting approval and award of best and final negotiated contract with Alcocer Garcia & Associates (AGADC) (highest ranked firm), in the amount of $31,662.00 utilizing Year 20 (2007) Precinct No. 3 Parks, Recreational Facilities recaptured funds and Year 21 (2008) La Joya Parks, Recreational Facilities funds.

The Urban County Program is requesting the award of bids and approval of contracts for the demolition and reconstruction of the following:

B. Approval and authorization of 2009 appropriation in the amount of $140,801.57 (25% of Ashbritt Invoices) from General Fund (1100) unreserved fund balance as per Texas Local Government Code Section 111.070 to address emergency expenditures related to Hurricane Dolly.
C. Approval and authorization to set up a receivable in the amount of $422,404.71 which represents a 75% reimbursement from FEMA and or Local Jurisdictions for debris removal.
