NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a SPECIAL MEETING of the Drainage District #1 Board of Directors will be held in the Commissioners' Courtroom of the Administration Building, Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:

Approval of Consent Agenda

Presentation for discussion, consideration, and action in connection with the applications received by Hidalgo County for Bank Depository (inasmuch as Drainage District Board of Directors approved to disclose option (at it's sole discretion to consider selection of same bank) including, but not limited to, the following:
A. Recording by minutes of Application(s) received pursuant to Texas Local Goverment Code 116;
B. Ranking (by score or "as qualified") to proceed with next step of process:;
C. Authority to proceed to negotiation phase of process with appointment/designation of negotiation team;
D. Other related issue, if necessary.
