NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a REGULAR MEETING of the Drainage District #1 Board of Directors will be held in the Commissioners' Courtroom of the Administration Building, Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:

A. Request approval to rescind action on Drainage District #1 Agenda Item 7 A. Change Order No. 17, No. 18A, and No. 19 and Item 8 A. Change Order No. 21 from March 17, 2009.
B. Request approval of Change Order No. 17A, No. 18B, No. 19A and No. 21A on the Contract with SER Construction Partners, LTD. for the Construction of DHS 0-6BC. Subject to Department of Homeland Security (DHS) concurrence.

Approval to execute NRCS funding agreement as it relates to Hurricane Dolly weir repairs

Approval to authorize Hidalgo County Right of Way Director to execute right of way acquisition and title company closing documents; after Board of Directors' approval for all acquisition.
7.
Approval to hire 6 temporary laborer positions at $8.00 an hour not to exceed 6 months.
