NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a SPECIAL MEETING of the Drainage District #1 Board of Directors will be held in the Commissioners' Courtroom of the Administration Building, Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:

A. Request approval of Change Order No. 3A on the Contract with Ballenger Construction Company for the Construction of Levee DHS Segment 0-4A. Subject to Department of Homeland Security (DHS) concurrence.
B. Request approval of Change Order No. 26 on the Contract with SER Construction Partners, LTD. for the Construction of Levee DHS Segment 0-6BC. Subject to Department of Homeland Security (DHS) concurrence.
C. Request approval of Change Order No. 23 and No. 24 on the Contract with McAllen Construction, Inc. for the Construction of Levee DHS Segment 0-9 PH II. Subject to Department of Homeland Security (DHS) concurrence.
D. Request approval of payment of Invoices to Dannenbaum Engineering for professional engineering services in relation to the following DHS Segments:
