NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a REGULAR MEETING of the Commissioners' Court will be held in the Commissioners' Courtroom of the Administration Building, 100 E. Cano, 1st floor, Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:
The following items are of a routine or administrative nature. The Commissioners' Court has been furnished with background and support on each item, and/or it has been discussed at a previous meeting. All items will be acted upon by one vote without being discussed separately unless requested by a Commissioner, in which event the item or items will immediately be withdrawn for individual consideration in its normal sequence after the items not requiring separate discussion have been acted upon. Requesting authority to exercise the option to renew/extend the one (1) year of a two (2)-one (1) year option as provided in current contract #08-139-07-22-Drug Testing Services by and between Judge Mario E. Ramirez, Jr., Juvenile Justice Center and Speights, Stinson, Cortinas, And McDonald dba The Center Of Industrial Rehabilitation Services, under the same rates, terms and conditions with renewal/extension date effective as of: July 23, 2009 with termination date of July 22, 2010;

Requesting authority to exercise the option to renew/extend the one (1) year of a two (2)-one (1) year option as provided in current contract #08-209-07-22-Prescription Drug Discount Card Program by and between Hidalgo County and DataRx Management, Inc., under the same rates, terms and conditions with renewal/extension date effective as of: July 22, 2009 with termination date of July 21, 2010;
3. Requesting authority to exercise the option to renew/extend the 2nd year of a three (3)-one (1) year option as provided in current contract E-08-265-06-17-Juvenile Justice Alternative Education Program by and between Hidalgo County Juvenile Probation and Southwest Key Programs, Inc., under the same rates, terms and conditions with renewal/extension date effective as of: August 1, 2009 with termination date of July 31, 2010.
