NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a REGULAR MEETING of the Commissioners' Court will be held in the Commissioners' Courtroom of the Administration Building, 100 E. Cano, 1st floor, Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:

Requesting authority to exercise the option to renew/extend the 2nd year of a three (3)-one (1) year option as provided in current contract E-08-265-06-17-Juvenile Justice Alternative Education Program by and between Hidalgo County Juvenile Probation and Southwest Key Programs, Inc., under the same rates, terms and conditions with renewal/extension date effective as of: August 1, 2009 with termination date of July 31, 2010.

Requesting authority to exercise the option to renew/extend the one (1) year of a two (2)-one (1) year option as provided in current contract #08-209-07-22-Prescription Drug Discount Card Program by and between Hidalgo County and DataRx Management, Inc., under the same rates, terms and conditions with renewal/extension date effective as of: July 22, 2009 with termination date of July 21, 2010;
