NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a REGULAR MEETING of the Drainage District #1 Board of Directors will be held in the Commissioners' Courtroom of the Administration Building, Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:

Approval of Consent Agenda

Request approval of Change Order No. 12 on the Contract with Williams Brothers Construction Co., Inc. for the Construction of Levee DHS Segment 0-9 Phase I (2.12 Miles). Subject to Department of Homeland Security (DHS) concurrence.
5.
Requesting approval to purchase ten (10) desktop computers through the District's membership with Texas DIR Contract # 48ABO.
6.
A. Request approval of Payment Request No. 10 to McAllen Construction for the Construction of DHS Segment 0-9 Ph II (1.75 miles).
B. Request approval to process manual checks to McAllen Construction for the above mentioned project pending the approval of the County Auditor and pending the electronic transfer of funds from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS)
