C.  Discussion, consideration with request to seek Commissioners Court's directive & authority including, but not limited to the following options:
      1)  Request  an Attorney General's Opinion (AG) for clarification on apparent conflict between  Health and Safety Code Chapter & Section 716.101 and AG's Opinion No. GA-0301  and (with further clarification as to identified or unidentified pauper remains-Health & Safety Code-Section 694.002(a)(b);
