NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a SPECIAL MEETING of the Drainage District #1 Board of Directors will be held in the Commissioners' Courtroom of the Administration Building, Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:

B. Request approval of Tentative Certificates of Final Completion of Main Floodway Levee DHS Segments 0-4C (0.44 miles) and 0-6A (2.59 miles).
C. Request approval of Supplemental Agreement #11 to WA#12 for professional engineering services as it relates to preliminary and final design on the Second Fence Extension of DHS Segment 0-6A.
D. Request approval of Supplemental Agreement #12 to WA#12 for professional engineering services as it relates to bid phase and construction engineering on the Second Fence Extension of DHS Segment 0-6A.
E. Request approval of Supplemental Agreement #10 to WA#8 for professional engineering services as it relates to bid phase and construction engineering on the DHS Segment 0-8A.
F. Request approval of Payment Request No. 8 and Payment Request No. 9 to Ballenger Construction Company for the Construction of DHS Segment 0-6A (2.59 miles).
G. Request approval of Payment Request No. 10 to SER Construction Partners, LTD. for the Construction of DHS Segment 0-6BC (1.38 miles).
H. Request approval to process manual checks to Ballenger Construction Company and SER Construction Partners, LTD. for the above mentioned projects pending the approval of the County Auditor and pending the electronic transfer of funds from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
I. Request approval of Payment Request No. 14 to Ballenger Construction Company for the Construction of Mission Levee Improvement Project; Banker Weir to Inspiration Rd. (3.74 miles). Partial release of Retainage.
J. Request approval of Payment Request No. 13 to Ballenger Construction Company for the Construction of Common Levee Anzaldua Dike Improvement Project (5.30 miles). Partial release of Retainage.
K. Request approval to process manual checks to Ballenger Construction Company for the above mentioned projects pending completion of the audit process.
