NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a SPECIAL MEETING of the Drainage District #1 Board of Directors will be held in the Commissioners' Courtroom of the Administration Building, Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:

Approval of Consent Agenda

A. Request approval of Change Order No. 18 on the Contract with Ballenger Construction Company for the Construction of DHS Segment 0-6A. Subject to Department of Homeland Security (DHS) concurrence.
B. Request approval of Supplemental #1 to Work Authorization #43 for environmental site assessment as it relates to DHS Segment 0-7A.
C. Request approval of payment of Invoices to Dannenbaum Engineering for professional engineering services in relation to the following DHS Segments:
1. DHS 0-4B Invoice 4287XXF/21/XV
2. DHS 0-4B Invoice 4287XXG/01/XV
3. DHS 0-8 Invoice 441003/15/XV
D. Request approval to process manual checks to Dannenbaum Engineering on the above mentioned projects pending the approval of the County Auditor and pending the electronic transfer of funds from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

Request approval to accept bid for Bid No.:09-018-09-02 "Sale or Exchange of Surplus Land" being 6.00 (gross) acre tract of land out of Two (2) tracts of land containing 19.37 and 14.04 acres in Porcion 55, Hidalgo County, Texas.

Request approval to advertise for the following:
